Elas na Gringa is a very special personal project.

The project goal is to help Brazilian women who want to pursue a career in advertising abroad. For this, I built a platform where these women could contact “mentors” - women who are already working abroad and could help them by sharing their own experiences and special tips.

The project started with just one “mentor”, me. But over the years it has grown so much, in 2019 we became one of the largest female ad communities in the world with 100 mentors helping more than 10.000 women around the globe.
